The Naturist Rocker

Naturism is for life not just for Summer

It’s nearly christmas time already and to be honest it doesn’t seem that long since our last camping trip in late september.Last summer was a time we together, both found out just how liberating being a naturist could be and how relaxing it is given the right kind of temperatures. The best visit was to Holkham in July, mainly i suppose because the weather stayed fine for two whole days, after that it became a bit hit and miss. After our wet week in Devon,we managed to go to Speilplatz as well as make a further visit to the Naturist Foundation.During the weekend we went for a extensive walk of the grounds as well as witness a 5K run.Sampling the local brews are a must and many pints of Summer Sensation and Magic Bus were consumed.Once we had bought a new tent it was a joy putting it up,arriving around noon, stripping off and then spent an hour getting tangled up in the guy ropes.Unfortunatly on one occasion at the Naturist Foundation Ginny managed to encounter a dozy wasp, who then managed,in its anger to sting her on the bum poor Ginny.Once back at home shopping trips always had the phrase “ohh that’ll be good for camping” and its still appearing whilst we clear out what remains in my house. It was a real shame when the days got colder in October. The skies did seem alot clearer, but so cold was it that the camping gear went away untill next summer.November came along even darker and colder but luckily due to a tax rebate,we were able to attend BN’s (British Naturisms) Alton Towers resort weekend (http://www.british-naturism.org.uk/pages/pages.asp?page_ID=564.).

This was our first big indoor naked event and even though we were a little sceptical before hand it turned out to be a great weekend. There were lots of things going on even though we spent most of the days in the waterpark and most of the nights in the bar.Arriving friday afternoon and staying naked till noon sunday was great even if it wasn’t cheap and it did fly by, but i’m glad we both went. Now we’re both members of BN hopefully we’ll be able to attend events such as Nudefest and maybe the Blackpool weekend in February,as well as go to the Arcadians and also go camping,it just depends if we’ve got the time.Naturism for me is just so natural, relaxing and liberating i just don’t know how i’d have got though the last 12 months with all the fallout from a failed marriage, losing the kids and not having a job to go to either.Ginny of course has been the major player here helping me up when i’m down and also sharing the beers. Lets hope 2012 can be even better.

Merry Christmas and all that to all our fellow naturists….see you all then !
